International Logistics Coordinator in Poland

No two days are the same. In our dynamic environment, you feel right at home. You are a logistical talent: analytical, organizing, communicative and coordinating. First, you will learn all about the administrative side of things, then you will get to know the whole process from the ground up.

You pick up the phone to arrange a shipment in Germany and in the meantime consult with the sales colleague in the office. You like to tackle and to finish something. You want to develop further, but realize that you are starting at the beginning.

Wat ga je doen?

What will you do?
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly and support the team in all kinds of administrative work.

Contact with suppliers and customers by telephone and e-mail
Servicing suppliers, first point of contact
Planning of both inbound and outbound freight
Optimising transport both within Poland and to Germany and the Netherlands
Communicating with hauliers and finalising price agreements with those transport companies
Recording transport movements, orders and transport prices in the ERP system
Issuing, verifying, and monitoring the execution of transport orders reviewing documents and providing statements to both suppliers and customers
Maintain relationships with tolling companies and monitoring performance on SLA.

What do you bring?

A completed education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration or a similar field
Good communication skills
Good administration skills
Stress-resistant and willing to make decisions
Proficient user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
An interest in commercial business
A desire to implement improvements
Fluency in Polish and English
